OK, I realize the web is clogged with liberal thought, but what did W actually do to raise so much personal disdain? I'm me. Over 40, previously self-employeed, now forced into an unfunded retirement by situations that I feel were beyond my control. I bought this house last January, stole it out of foreclosure for 25% of tax value, just like the Real Estate Guru teaches. I put doulble that back into the renovation, and supposedly made 65k in equity..... Now I live here, last month an old water line burst in an interior wall, we thought it was the toilet so we tear up the new tile in the upstairs bath, no leak. Then we tear out a portion of the downstairs bath ceiling, no leak. Then we proceed to tear out the wall in the down stairs wal...
