Team members Lawyer reveals Photo's
Published on April 10, 2006 By Dynosoar In Current Events
This story has more than two legs, but another shoe has dropped.

It seems an attorney for one of the players has time dated photo's of the aledged vicitm, bruised, scratched, and
rather intoxicated, upon her arrival to the party.

The time dating puts her condition existing hours before her reported rape occurred.

Hmmm? I wonder if the the media is concentrating on the right "victim(s)"?

Can you say,"Tawanna Brawley"?

I find the new information interesting. I am sure there will have to be some sort of validation of it.

I have a couple of questions that are on my mind though.
Why would they pay for a beaten and drunk stripper?

The other has to do with this girl. I understand that she had been previously charged with stealing a cab and trying to run down a police officer.
Should her previous criminal history be used in the judgment of her credibility?

This case has a lot of different ways it could develop. I will be really interested in the DNA evidence.

I will be the first to admit that I don't know all the details but I have to say that even if she arrived bruised and scratched does not mean that she wasn't raped subsequently. Hopefully the truth will come out. If those men raped her, they should be punished. If she made a false allegation, she should be punished.

Arggg, there is the rub.  I wonder if the truth will ever be known.  We can hope it wil come out in time.

I think the following is relevant and applies;

The local ABC affiliate is owned by Capital Cities Broadcasting (Disney)and Racial issues permeate their coverage of the Durham area.

The Lacrosse Team was a "ripe target", where a lot of their off-field antics could lead to "Animal House" comparisons.

Every "victimhood" shill has pounced on this incident, and paraded in front of the house.

It's much ado about nothing, and the best Shakespeare quote I can think of is, " Me thinks he(she) doth protest too much."

The DNA does not match!

They found no DNA on her, her clothing, or her personal effects, to include the fingernails.

Test for condom use were also negative.

Quote today from a NCCU student, " They must have done something to them test". So now it's a conspiracy........

The news channels were full of prime-time coverage of this latest "bombshell", most of the talking heads were still persecuting the Lacrosse Team, but a few broached the subject of potential innocence.

Mark Geragoes ( Michael Jackson's atty ) opined that in his experience with "escorts" ( he sited about 20 cases ) that the accusors fabricated charges due to issues surrounding payment, this case seemed to resemble those cases.

"Judge" Napolitano, of Fox News fame, stated flatly " The girl should be charged for filing a false claim".

If the accusation continues on its downhill slide, or further evidence disproves the charges, the DA should resign, as well as the Chancellor of Duke, and every "Advocacy Group" that protested should issue a public apology to the Lacrosse Team, and of course the accuser should be arrested.

Of course that's all about as likely as the Lacrosse Team finishing their season.........

Interesting developments. Things don't look as bad as I feared they would.

The truth is still out there though. . .

Hey there Dev, how did the testing go?

There's still hope that you will not need to change your handle..............

I don't see how she could be gang raped and there be NO DNA evidence present (the latest news). This is starting to reek of a setup.

It's stunk like a skunk since the beginning......

More Info revealed this AM on morning talk radio;

One Attorney representing a Team member has linked the mysterious 911 call by voice recognition to the 2nd stripper, furthering the "set-up" senerio....

The ( I like this discription ) "complaining woman" is pending trial on auto theft, and eluding police officers. She stole a Taxi, and led Police on a car chase.

The "evil" e-mail was a direct reference to a cult movie, "American Psycho" popular among the Lacrosse team

Just wondering, if this had been a "Po' white Trash" stripper, instead of a Black "exotic dancer" who attends NCCU, would there have been any public outcry?

One little note; The media have quit refering to the accuser as an exotic dancer, since the DNA results, every outlet I've heard has gone to the stripper designation.

Last Night on the WTVD 11 News (ABC affiliate) the black anchorwoman blatantly sneered as she mentioned the stripper......

There's certainly more out there, and the news outlets know more than they're revealing...at this time, maybe they'll milk this for an angle to redeem the accused?

Update;

This has become ridiculous. One, if not both of the guys arrested yesterday, have proof they were not at the party at the time the "rape" was to have occurred. They have ATM and Taxi receipts ( bet it was a beer run )

Strange as well, one of the arrested had been "outed" by the local NAACP last week for prior charges of assault ( out of 46 she picked the one with a prior offense )

Best of all, the trial isn't scheduled to begin until after the primary election ( No republican running, so whoever wins the primary wins the general election by default)

Jesse Jackson wants to pay the accusers tuition, so she doesn't have to degrade herself anymore.

The second stripper, who initially said the accuser was high has now recanted. She now supposes that someone slipped her something in a drink.

Sure..............

This whole affair has suddenly gone from ridiculous to ludicrous.

"Yes. We're gonna have to go right to, Ludicrous Speed."

"The second stripper, who initially said the accuser was high has now recanted. She now supposes that someone slipped her something in a drink.

She also mentioned during the interview that the woman never said anything to her about being raped when she came out of the bathroom, and that she didn't know she had been that night. I understand this happens, and I don't mean to say that women can't have a hard time coming forward, but this is supposedly someone who was beaten, choked, brutally raped, and who hung out at the party, had pictures more pictures taken, yadda yadda.

Maybe someone did slip her something, but that tends to go against the whole 'fighting for her life' thing the prosecutor portrayed it as. I'm not saying a rape can't happen a hundred different ways, they just can't seem to be able to pick one, and every time new evidence comes to light they shift their story to match. That's what I have a problem with.

The whole thing has a very foul odor to it, the strongest stench having been contributed by the racist hate-mongers holding "vigils," "rallies" and press conferences outside the house.

Ask me, it's beginning to look like being given dirty money from Jesse Jackson's protection racket would be more "degrading" than anything that happened at that house.
on Apr 19, 2006
Tawana Brawley! Instead of Al Sharpton, now we have Jesse Jackson. Is there a fund to sue their asses (the DA) for wrongful prosecution? I will donate now! What a joke!
